He's pink!

On Sunday afternoon Dave and I went to the pub for a couple pints (yum). On the way home we were winding our way through a hilly neighborhood near ours, and I saw a flash of pink by the side of the road. Dave said, "It's the Pink Panther! Go back!" The Pink Panther? Huh? "It's a plushy Pink Panther." Well, I had to go back to take a look. I pulled up to the area in question, and yes! It's a huge, plushy Pink Panther. And there's a sign next to it. It's free! Wow. Why wouldn't you want it? Other than a couple very minor dirt spots on his back-side, he's in perfect condition.

So, home he came with us.

He's now hanging out quite happily in the rocking chair in our TV room. Guess what we watched Sunday night. Yup. The Pink Panther with Peter Sellers. Tee hee.
